V Corporate was founded in 2020 by Lindsey Weems and Ashley Burch, cousins who combined their experience in financial leadership, accounting, and administration to serve growing organizations. Today, our team provides flexible accounting, financial, and executive support, with a personal commitment to the people and organizations we serve.
How V Corporate began
Lindsey and Ashley saw a need for accounting and bookkeeping services that could adapt as clients’ businesses changed. Ashley brought years of experience managing bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative responsibilities. Lindsey brought expertise in financial planning, business growth, succession, and acquisitions. They built V Corporate around those complementary strengths and a shared commitment to responsive, dependable service.
As clients’ needs expanded, so did the firm’s services. Today, V Corporate handles recurring accounting responsibilities, provides outsourced CFO support, and connects organizations with trusted executive partners for specialized needs. We work closely with each client to determine the right mix of services and adjust our involvement as their needs change.

Lindsey S. Weems
President
Lindsey is President and Co-Founder of V Corporate. A Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Business Administration, she brings more than 15 years of experience in long-term growth planning, succession, and diversification.
As an outsourced CFO, Lindsey helps organizations understand their financial position, evaluate opportunities, and plan for the future. Her experience spans startups through large corporate enterprises and includes supporting clients through mergers and acquisitions. She has also served as an officer on nonprofit boards, helping organizations use financial forecasts to plan through changing economic conditions.
Ashley Burch
Vice President
Ashley is Vice President and Co-Founder of V Corporate, where she leads the accounting support, HR, and payroll teams. She brings more than 20 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience. After working in administration at KPMG in New Orleans, she moved to Mobile in 2000 and began providing bookkeeping services for small businesses.
As those businesses grew, Ashley’s work expanded into accounting support, human resources oversight, and compliance. Her experience includes payroll tax compliance, certified payroll, account reconciliations, sales and use tax, and coordination of workers’ compensation and general liability audits. She is proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Simple Source, Sage, and Foundation.
Meme Brewster
Office Manager
Meme is V Corporate’s Office Manager, supporting daily operations and maintaining close communication with clients. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Her background includes office management at Brewster Appraisal, where she gained experience in bookkeeping, business development, and client communication. As part of V Corporate’s management team, Meme helps maintain longstanding client relationships and welcomes new clients to the firm.
